Purpose
Eagles Rise is a new program at Mendocino College created to help students who have been impacted by the juvenile-justice system successfully access and navigate postsecondary education opportunities.
Eligibility
Any student who:
- has been detained or incarcerated at juvenile hall
- has been on juvenile probation
- has had a parent incarcerated before they (the student) turned 18
- Eligibility applies even if the student is now an adult.
