But can she resist love, especially when that vaguely handsome, mildly amusing, and impossibly aggravating Mr. Darcy keeps popping up at every turn? 

Literature’s greatest tale of latent love has never felt so theatrical or so full of life as it does in this effervescent adaptation. Because what turns us into greater fools than the high-stakes game of love?

The Hispanic/Latino event planning committee cordially invites you to save the date for the 14th Annual Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) event. This vibrant celebration is open to the whole community free of charge. 

Day of the Dead celebrations date back thousands of years, when Indigenous people from central Mexico would honor their deceased by placing food and water offerings on their resting places. In modern Day of the Dead celebrations, family members continue to practice these traditions by building altars (altares) where they place pictures of their beloved family members along with food and other items their family members enjoyed during their lifetime.

If you are interested in putting up an altar in remembrance of a loved one, please email Roberto Renteria at rrenteria@mendocino.edu.

Join us for the bi-annual Mendocino College Agriculture Department Plant Sale! The Spring sale is perfect for getting vegetable gardens going, expanding your range of pollinators, adding drought-resistant plants, bushes, and trees, and adding that splash of color or other native plants.

The sale supports students who are studying horticulture and helps expand the gardens and landscape offerings. The Ceramics Club and other Mendocino College clubs will be tabling at this event, as well.

Mendocino College Repertory Dance Company Auditions!

Auditions will be for the MCRDC Fall 2026 Repertory Dance Concert happening November 12-15, 2026. The company will perform dance works by guest artists and local choreographers. 

The Mendocino College Repertory Dance Company is a diverse group of dancers who share an interest in dance as a performing art.  The company, which was formed in 1986, produces at least one concert each year, featuring choreographic works by students, faculty members, and guest choreographers.  Although the company maintains a primarily Modern Dance/Contemporary Dance repertoire, performances occasionally include dance theatre, jazz dance, and ballet.

We are holding our famed Dan Drew Memorial golf outing on July 31^st at 11am at Ukiah Golf Course. The event benefits Mendocino College athletics, and we are seeking individuals and teams to play in a 4-person, best-ball scramble format. Prizes for everything from the best to worst play, long drive, hole-in-one, and many other games. Each contestant gets a Dan Drew shirt and hat. Dinner is included.

Hosted by Mendocino College MESA (Math, Engineering, Science Achievement), Astronomy Night invites the community to discover celestial objects and learn more about astronomy in a relaxed, outdoor setting. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

The Mendocino College Ceramics Club invites you to join us for the annual holiday ceramics sale! Find a one-of-a-kind gift to give or stock up for yourself. In addition to ceramics, there will be handmade sewn goods, collectibles, holiday wreaths, and snack items from the Caring Kitchen, Textiles Club, and Horticulture Club. All proceeds benefit the Ceramics Club.
