How to Apply for Disability Assistance in the Classroom
We have provided a link to our application form. To apply for assistance you need to be a registered student of the Mendocino College and have a valid student ID number. You will need your student login ID and password to complete this form. If you need assistance submitting your College Application please contact the Admission and Records staff who are availible by phone or virtual appointment. Once you complete our DRC Application Form our Administraive Assistant Christina Orozco will contact you to schedule an intake appointment with one of our DRC Counselors. You must have verification of a disability from a certified professional to qualify for services.
