Honoring Our Veterans

We are excited to invite all staff, admin, and faculty to our upcoming Veterans Event at Mendocino College, dedicated to honoring and celebrating the service of our veterans. Lunch will be provided by Super Taco. We are also pleased to feature a special presentation from Marine Corps Veteran, Counselor, and Instructor Fernando Calderon.

Join the ASMC for some Halloween fun! Dress in your spooky best or come as you are. Tacos, snacks, and drinks will be served. This event is free and open to the community!

Join us on Monday, October 21, for the Staff vs. Student Softball game from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the MC softball field! We will have a Taco stand serving free food for students and staff. VP Ulises Velasco and Joe Atherton are captains of the staff team, and ASMC is creating the student team. We hope that this will be a fun, community-building activity for all involved. Featuring mezzo-soprano soloist, Melinda Martinez Becker, & the Mendocino College Chorale directed by Janice Hawthorne Timm. Pre-concert talk hosted by Dr. Phillip Lenberg one hour before the concert begins.
