AEBG (Adult Education Block Grant) Assistant – Ukiah Campus

Part-Time Temporary Assignment

10-15 hours per week as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES: Under direction of the AEBG Program Manager,

  • MCLAE Monthly Meetings
    Prepares materials, set-up and clean-up for meetings
    Taking notes
    Preparation of minutes

  • Purchase order and invoice tracking;
    Prepare purchase orders for members after monthly meetings
    Process MLCAE member invoices and match to purchase orders

  • Data Collection & Entry
    Assist MCLAE Program Manager in collecting and inputting data from member organizations as needed for the Adult Education website and project management database

  • Miscellaneous paperwork and processing
    Assist MLCAE Program Manager with paperwork and processing as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of:
Proper office procedures and use of computers, software and database programs

Ability to:
Work effectively and cooperatively with the public, students, faculty, and staff; work a flexible schedule; keep records organized and updated.

ASSIGNMENT/SALARY: The work schedule will be determined at hiring. Pay Rate is $18.98 per hour.
