In order to ensure due process in handling disciplinary cases, the College will make every reasonable effort to provide students with each of the following:

  1. Written rules and regulations.
  2. Written notice to students charged with violation of such regulations.
  3. An opportunity for hearing or oral proceeding.
  4. An opportunity to have an advisor or friend present at any such hearing
  5. An opportunity to call witnesses in their behalf.
  6. An opportunity to confront witnesses.
  7. A record of the hearing.
  8. A prompt decision.
  9. An appeal procedure.
