Mendocino College Closes Equity Gaps for Latinx Students

In a report released by the Public Policy Institute of California (PPIC), Mendocino College is one of 13 California Community Colleges to close equity gaps for Latinx students and increase their success rates in English and math courses by broadening access to transfer-level and gateway courses. Titled “A New Era of Student Access at California’s Community Colleges”, the PPIC study indicates

Mendocino College Accreditation Reaffirmed for Another Seven Years

The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) has renewed accreditation for the Mendocino-Lake Community College District for another seven years, noting in an announcement letter, “The Commission commends the College for aligning its programs and services with its mission, which has guided the development of exemplary programs to support Native American populations contributing to the social and cultural dimensions of the educational experience of its students.” 

Mendocino College to Hold Fall Semester “Primarily” Online
