Colleen has over thirty-five years of management and twenty-five years of accounting experience working for for-profit companies, non-profit organizations, and Tribal Governments. She has earned a master’s in business administration from Kaplan University, a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Sonoma State University and an associate degree in business administration from Mendocino College. Colleen has a strong record of financial guidance with an expertise in grant management and federal compliancy. Working with the Community through Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers, she has much compassion and understanding of the importance of supporting a diverse community.
