Sherry was honored to join Mendocino College last year as a Psychology Instructor. She has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Forensic Psychology, and School Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. A Lake County resident since 1989, Sherry is currently a full-time School Psychologist for the Lucerne Elementary School District. She loves working with teachers, families, students, and other service providers to identify a struggling student's area of weakness and develop supports to help them reach their full potential. Sherry is also excited to find creative, engaging ways to help students see that psychology is all around us, and the more we understand it, the better we can understand ourselves and others; whatever your goals are in life, pursue them with confidence and determination, and you will reach them.
