Seanie Egger is a Psychology and Child Development Instructor at Mendocino College. She completed her Master of Science in Psychology in 2022 and has taught at Mendocino College since 2023.

Seanie’s roots are in early childhood education and development, where she spent 14 years teaching preschool-aged children. She now works full-time with families as the Parent Child Development Center Program Coordinator for Lake County Tribal Health Consortium. She has made it her professional mission to educate parents about child development, foster healthy learning and relationships in young children, and encourage and support individuals pursuing higher education as they work toward a better quality of life for themselves and their families.

As an adjunct faculty member at Mendocino College, Seanie hopes to provide that same level of quality and support to future professionals in the CDV and PSYC fields, helping them develop the knowledge and skills needed to offer the best possible care and support to the children and families they serve.

Outside of her professional life, Seanie is an avid CrossFit enthusiast who loves weightlifting, enjoys traveling when the opportunity presents itself, and is a very involved dog-mom, sister, and auntie.
