Rose Bell is the Director of Communications and Community Relations. Her focus is on creating a dynamic and inclusive campus environment, engaging cross-campus participation in promoting the institution in Mendocino and Lake Counties.

A former adjunct faculty in history, she earned her A.A. in Social Studies from Mendocino College, her B.A. in World History from Arizona State University, and her M.A. in History from Royal Holloway University of London in England.
