| This course introduces the key aspects involved in understanding weather |
| patterns and our changing climate. By studying atmospheric layering and |
| function, the Earth-Sun relationship, and the air mass modification and |
| air circulation patterns within the troposphere, meteorological phenomenon |
| are classified and described with common examples. Components critical for |
| climate characterization are explored in order to understand global |
| climate change. |
