Course Description
Knowledge of the earth beneath our feet and how it can affect our
property and us is critical to making informed decisions on where to buy,
build, develop, and remodel. This course introduces real estate
professionals and home owners to the geology of Lake and Mendocino
Counties and provides information on specific geologic hazards, applicable
regulations, and directs the student to further sources of information.
