Course Description
Review modulation and figured bass. Study of diatonic and chromatic
harmony including augmented sixth chords, altered dominants and diminished
seventh chords, chromatic third-relation harmony, modulation to foreign
keys, and 9th, 11th, & 13th chords. Continued development of ear training
skills through rhythmic and melodic dictation and sight singing.
