| Course Description |

| This course is designed for experienced faculty, as well as prospective |
| and new faculty members who wish to delve deeper into pedagogy and |
| personal growth. The course includes five one-unit modules, which may be |
| taken individually, or in any combination. The one-unit module topics |
| include: Critical Pedagogy, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Best |
| Teaching Practices, and Observing Experienced Faculty. The course may be |
| repeated for credit, provided that different modules are studied each |
| time. |
