| Course Description |

| This course will prepare prospective, new, and experienced |
| teachers to respond effectively to the challenges of working |
| with students from diverse backgrounds. Topics include Learning |
| Styles/Teaching Styles, Responding to Student Diversity, Teaching |
| to Multiple Intelligences, and Students with Learning Disabilities |
| and ADD. This course includes information geared to college faculty, |
| adult school teachers, and K-12 teachers. |
