| Course Description |

| This course will introduce students to ingredients and cooking techniques |
| not commonly thought of for vegetarian cooking. This class will discuss |
| and demonstrate examples of combining different grains and cereals with |
| other ingredients to make complete proteins. Preparations with dairy |
| products and eggs will be demonstrated, as well as some vegan dishes. |
