Course Description
Child health, safety and nutrition factors important to teachers, child
care personnel and parents. Topics include: health promotion for children
including nutrition, exercise, and coping skills; disease prevention
strategies; common childhood diseases; and, general safety, and
developmental problems as they relate to health.
