Course Description
Basic principles, theory and operation of automotive fuel delivery,
ignition and emission systems, emphasizing the development of diagnostic
and service skills and the use of modern diagnostic equipment.
Preparation for ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence)
and BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) smog certification is emphasized.
Course includes BAR A-8 Alternative course.
