Course Description
This course is an introduction to the local mushroom flora. This class
will include a field trip to a local mushroom hot spot along with time
spent in the lab learning the basic techniques of mushroom identification.
Special time will be devoted to edible species and their look-alikes.
Students will also be encouraged to bring specimens from home for
identification.

Class meets on one Saturday: 11/22 from 9:00-4:00.
