Course Description
This course is a practical introduction to the techniques of mushroom
cultivation beginning with starting the culture and progressing through
methods for stimulating fruiting and the production of mushrooms. Methods
taught will emphasize home cultivation, but commercial production methods
will also be discussed. Students will participate in all aspects of the
production process.
