The Registered Nursing Program at Mendocino College offers classroom and clinical training over two academic years, or four semesters, in addition to completion of prerequisite and non-nursing GE requirements. Graduates are able to provide care to patients across the life-span, provide patient teaching, and work as members of the health care team. Graduates will earn the Associate of Science Degree in Nursing on completion of designated courses and requirements and will be eligible to sit for the Registered Nursing state licensure examination (NCLEX-RN).
