Welcome to Mendocino College! All students enrolling at Mendocino College for the first time or returning after an absence of two or more semesters must complete an Application for Admission prior to registering for class.
There are two methods for submitting an application for admission:
Submit a Paper Application.
Paper applications must be mailed or submitted in person to the Office of Admissions and Records.

- Form is also available at the Office of Admissions & Records on the Ukiah Campus, Lakeport Center, and North County Center.
Find the code for your intended major here.
Please be advised that Federal legislation relating to the Hope Tax Credit makes it mandatory that all postsecondary institutions report student Social Security or Individual Taxpayer Identification (ITIN) numbers to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This IRS requirement makes it mandatory for colleges to collect the Social Security or Individual Taxpayer Identification number of every student. A student may refuse to disclose his or her Social Security or Individual Taxpayer Identification number to Mendocino College, but the IRS is then authorized to fine the student in the amount of $50.
For more information regarding the application process, please call Admissions & Records at 707-468-3101.
