Due Process Procedures

For student complains about violation of College policies and procedures, please refer to Board Policy 534 and its administrative procedures.

For complaints about discrimination, please refer to Board Policy 307 and its administrative procedures.

Mendocino College encourages the use of the procedures referenced above to address and resolve issues at the college. If at the end of the grievance process, your issues have not been resolved, you may complete a complaint form with the Chancellor's Office: http://californiacommunitycolleges.cccco.edu/ComplaintsForm.aspx
