Mailing of Current Grades Can be Requested Over TelReg

Students can obtain their grades via the TelReg service (468-3353 or 1-888-835-8816 for long distance calls within our 707 area). Not only can you hear the current semester's grades, you can request a copy to be mailed to you if so desire. It gives students faster access to their grades and is the precursor to our web-based services that we have plans to implement in the near future.

Note: Students who wish a complete and/or official transcript of grades must still send a written request, with appropriate fees, to the Office of Admissions and Records.

SPRING 2008 GRADES WILL BE AVAILABLE THROUGH TELREG BEGINNING, THURSDAY, JUNE 5, 2008!

IMPORTANT FEE POLICY CHANGE

Beginning Fall 2006 semester, all students must pay all fees in full at the time of registration. Students will be able to use a credit card or debit card with Telephone Registration (TelReg), or can pay by cash or check at one of our three registration locations: Ukiah Campus, Willits Center and Lake Center.

EXCEPTION: Students with a BOGW (Board of Governor’s Fee Waiver) will not have to pay the $20/unit enrollment fee, but must pay all other fees, including Material Fees, Student Fees, Health Fee, etc. For BOGW information call 468-3110.

HEALTH FEE: Effective Fall 2006 Semester, all students must pay the Student Health Fee, except those receiving TANF, SSI, or relying exclusively on prayer for healing. This fee will no longer be waived for BOGW (Board of Governor’s Fee Waiver) students.

Todos los estudiantes tienen que pagar la cuota total al matricularse.

Comenzando el semestre del otoño del 2006, todos los estudiantes tienen que pagar las cuotas totales durante la matriculación. Los estudiantes podrán utilizar una tarjeta de crédito o tarjeta de cheques al matricularse por teléfono (TelReg), o pueden pagar en efectivo o con cheque en uno de los tres sitios: Centro de Ukiah, Centro de Willits, y el centro de Lake.
Excepción: Estudiantes con un BOGW (Solicitud para exoneración de matrícula de estudios comunitarios de California) no tendrán que pagar la cuota de matriculación de $20 por unidad, pero tienen que pagar las demás cuotas, incluyendo cuotas de útiles, cuotas estudiantiles, cuotas de salud, etc. Para información sobre el BOGW favor de llamar al 468-3110.

Cuota de Salud: Ejecutándose el semestre del otoño del 2006, todos los estudiantes tienen que pagar la cuota de salud estudiantil, excepto estudiantes recibiendo TANF, SSI, o estudiantes confiando exclusivamente en el rezo para curación.
