HOW TO RENEW YOUR CLUB'S CHARTER

STEP ONE

Find an Advisor (If the advisor is new, have him or her fill out the Advisor Contract.)

STEP TWO

Sign up a minimum of 5 initial members (new members can be added at any time -- see the ASMC Vice President for more information).

STEP THREE

Complete the Request to Charter an Existing Club or Organization form. Click on Exisiting Club Packet

STEP FOUR

Elect an Inter-Club Council (ICC) Representative.

STEP FIVE

Confirm that your Club Constitution is on file, or provide a second copy.

STEP SIX

Return the completed packet to the Student Service Office on or before September 30 (copies should be kept on file by a club member).
