Welcome to the Mendocino College Career and Transfer Center!

•Career Information •Transfer Information
Whether you are looking for the most current information to ensure a smooth transition to a 4-year college or university, you want to explore possible career paths, or you are searching for a job right now, the Career & Transfer Center should be your first stop in your exploration process. You can take free career assessment tests, which aim at matching your interests, skills, personality and work values with careers which best fit you. The Center includes a supply of college catalogs, and a library of resources with information about careers, trends in the job world, tips for creating resumes and cover letters, and scholarship information.
The staff can assist you in the process of applying to colleges on-line, writing a resume, or scheduling appointments for you to meet individually with one of the many visiting representatives from a 4-year school. In addition, Candie Dickinson, the Career & Transfer Center Director and Counselor, helps students create education plans, and can set up job shadows or informational interviews with people in the community.
To take advantage of these great opportunities or for more information, visit the Career & Transfer Center in MacMillan Hall, Room 1200, or call (707)468-3044.
