UPDATES

December 2013 - Plans are being developed for the repair of the campus roadway and parking lot areas that have been impacted by the heavy construction traffic generated from on-campus bond projects. The project will be made up of the remaining bond funds and the 2014/15 scheduled maintenance funds. The actual funds available from the bond will depend on the funds remaining once all current projects are complete. Engineering estimates will be developed, but no work will take place until all other major projects have been completed.

March 2013 - Plans are being developed for the repair of the campus roadway and parking lot areas that have been impacted by the heavy construction traffic generated from on-campus bond projects. Engineering estimates will be developed, but no work will take place until all other major projects have been completed. This will require a transfer of funds to this project from un-allocated reserves.

June 2012 - No new projects are projected for this project fund. The campus infrastructure has been upgraded to meet the needs of the District for many years to come.

September 2011 - The High Voltage Electrical Upgrade Project was completed on time and within budget. The project was performed by 100% local contractors. This system is state of the art and should serve the district for many years to come, allowing for continued growth in capacity. No additional projects are planned for this category.

December 2010 - The project to replace the high voltage interface at the campus meter and switching station has been awarded, with completion planned for September 2011. This project will serve to provide protection of campus equipment from damage that can be caused by unexpected power outages.

September 2010 - The District's electrical engineer is working with PG&E engineers to replace the interface recloser at the campus meter and switching station, with completion planned for summer 2011.

December 2009 - The foundation repair to the Physical Education building has been completed. Other projects related to infrastructure improvements included minor electrical work and pathway lighting associated with different projects.

July 2009 - The UPS (uninterupted power supply) project is complete. The generator project is in process.

August 2007 - Painting has been completed in the President's Office and Foundation Office
