Scope of Project: Re-roof of 7 buildings on Ukiah campus:

UPDATES

April 2008: A proposal from a local roofing company to repair the small, flat roof, located in the hallway connecting the PE locker area to the Gym, has been accepted and work will be completed by June 30, 2008. 

January 2008: Notices of Completion have been recorded for the re-roofing of the Voc-Tech building, Agricultural Headhouse and potting shed, Child Care Center, Center for Visual and Performing Arts, and the Physical Education building and gymnasium.

The small, flat roof, located in the hallway connecting the PE locker area to the Gym has been identified as leaking and is scheduled for repair later this spring.

December 2007: Re-roofing of the Voc-Tech building, Agricultural Headhouse and potting shed, Child Care Center, Center for Visual and Performing Arts, and the Physical Education building and gymnasium is complete. The project was accepted by the M-LCCD Board of Trustees on December 12th.

October 2007: Crews are currently working on finishing detail work, including downspouts and gutters. Recent rain delays have pushed the anticipated completion date to November 2007 

September 2007: All materials have been delivered to MLCC for completion of roofing project. Date for completion of all six buildings within this project is expected to be mid-October, 2007

August 29, 2007: Both PE 1 Bldg. and Gym have been made watertight. Materials are on site for all other buildings. Fine Arts metal roof material is being installed. Voc/Tech building is complete (punch list to be developed).
