The Mendocino College Accounting Program has a reputation for meeting the needs of the accounting students and business community. Today, every business, small or large, must deal with the task of assembling, interpreting and reporting both financial and tax information. The Accounting Program prepares students to deal with these tasks.

In August of every year the Accounting Program class sequence begins. Now is the perfect time to find out what this program can do for you.

The Accounting Program provides the student with three choices. Choose One:
  1. A.S Degree, Business Administration (Transfer for Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing or other Business Majors)
Transfer education: Core curriculum in Business, plus UC or CSU general education requirements. Allows the student to transfer to a four year University as a junior, and declare an accounting or other business major.

  2. A.S. Degree, Accounting (Vocational-Non transfer)
Job ready skills in accounting, plus Mendocino College general education pattern.

  3. Certificate of Achievement, Accounting (Vocational-Non transfer) Job ready skills in accounting.
