A limited number of affordable student housing in the form of low-rent apartments is available for Mendocino College students at College Court.

Students that are enrolled in six or more units, and are income eligible, will get a preference. Money received from scholarships and Pell grants will not be counted as income.

Monthly rents are as follows:

2 bedroom apartment - $734.00 per month

1 bedroom apartment - $580.00 per month
