Schedule of events: (The ceremony takes about one hour)

5:00 p.m. Candidates (graduates) begin to arrive at Gymnasium

5:15 p.m. Graduate Group Photo (available online afternoon of 5/28)
(East Side of Physical Education Complex)

5:30 p.m. Faculty/Administrators Group Photo
(East Side of Physical Education Complex)

5:45 p.m. Board Member Photo
(East Side of Physical Education Complex)

5:50 p.m. In place for line-up
(South entrance of the gym)

6:00 p.m. Processional Begins

Entrance: South entrance to the gymnasium.

The order of entrance is:
1. Platform party - up through the center
2. Faculty, forming the traditional tunnel for the students
3. Students

Seating: Faculty are seated behind the candidates.

Additional floor seating will be available for those who cannot sit in the bleacher seating. Wheelchair access and seating is available.

Exit: Everyone exits to the north end of the gymnasium.

The order of exit is:
Platform party, faculty, and students. Please move out and away from the door so others can leave the gym.
