Duncan McMartin, Head Coach
Duncan joined Mendocino College as the first Women’s Soccer Coach in the fall of 2003. Prior to this he was the Head Coach at Austin College in Texas and an Assistant Coach at Humboldt State University. Duncan has a Masters Degree in Kinesiology and teaches in the Department of Physical Education. He played soccer for UC Davis and holds an USSF ‘A’ License.

Patrick Hart, Assistant Coach
Pat Hart returns for his 4th year as the Eagle's Assistant Coach. Pat was the Head Soccer Coach at Willits High School for 6 years. He has a BA in business from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo. Pat is an electrical contractor and has been involved in Mendocino County soccer for many years.

Salvador Rico, Assistant Coach

Salvador begins his first year as assistant coach for the Eagles. Originally from Mexico Sal has extensive playing and coaching experience. He has been very active int he local youth leagues, and serves as the coaching coordinator for the Ukiah Youth Valley Soccer League.
