Duncan joined Mendocino College as the first Women’s Soccer Coach in the fall of 2003. Prior to this he was the Head Coach at Austin College in Texas and an Assistant Coach at Humboldt State University. Duncan has a Masters Degree in Kinesiology and teaches in the Department of Physical Education. He played soccer for UC Davis and holds an USSF ‘A’ License.

Pat Hart returns for his 7th year as the Eagle's Assistant Coach. Pat was the Head Soccer Coach at Willits High School for 6 years. He has a BA in business from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo. Pat is an electrical contractor and has been involved in Mendocino County soccer for many years.

Salvador Rico, Assistant Coach

Salvador begins his 3nd year as assistant coach for the Eagles. Originally from Mexico Sal has extensive playing and coaching experience. He has been very active int he local youth leagues, and serves as the coaching coordinator for the Ukiah Youth Valley Soccer League.

Naomi was an assistant coach for the Mendocino College Women’s Soccer team in 2006, and has returned this year for her second season with the team. Prior to working with Mendocino College, Naomi was an assistant coach for the women’s soccer team at Ukiah High School, and was the head coach for a girls select traveling team in Ukiah for three years before that. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Oregon, where she was a player on the women’s soccer team. When Naomi isn’t coaching she is busy being a fulltime mom.
