Welcome to the Mendocino College Transcripts and Degree Verification information page.

This page will help you find out how to order your OFFICIAL Mendocino College Transcript, receive your Degree Verification and how to access your UNOFFICIAL Mendocino College Transcript. 

ACCESSING GRADES AND UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Grades and unofficial transcripts may be obtained via the WebAdvisor service (webadvisor.mendocino.edu).   

To view and/or print grades and unofficial transcripts, log into WebAdvisor (user id is your first name.last name and the initial password is your six digit date of birth) and click on the "Students" button. 

To view and print an unofficial transcript, select "Transcript," leave the Transcript Type as UG, and press the Submit button. 

To view and print grades and the grade point average for a particular term, select "Grade Point Average by Term" and then the term. 

Note: Students who wish an official transcript of grades must still submit a written request, with appropriate fees, to the Office of Admissions and Records as specified below.

REQUESTING OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

The College offers four different ways to order your OFFICIAL transcripts:

Important reminders for transcript requests: 

The cost for transcript requests is $2 per transcript (processed within 15 business days). Rush service is available at $5 per transcript (processed within 5 business days).

  • VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Other Important Information regarding your academic records:

  • Transcripts will not be issued until all outstanding accounts with the College are paid.
  • Other institutions' transcripts will not be included.
  • ID is required if picking up transcripts in person. (Note: Transcripts will not be released to a second party without signed, written permission from the student.)
  • Mailed transcripts are sent out via regular first class mail through the United States Postal Service.  Mendocino College does not offer any form of rush (i.e. express/overnight) mailing service.
  • The first two transcripts requested are free of charge.  Please call the Office of Admissions and Records (707-468-3211) for further information.

Online Service

To order transcripts by mail or fax, complete the transcript request form and mail, fax or email to:

OR, mail or fax a letter with the following information:

  1. Name (and any former names used at MC.)
  2. Address (current.)
  3. Social Security # or Student I.D. # and Date of Birth.
  4. Dates of attendance.
  5. Number of transcripts requested.
  6. Name and address where each transcript should be sent.
  7. Please sign the request, and if necessary, enclose a check or money order payable to "Mendocino College."

In Person Service

In-person transcript orders may be placed at the following locations, during regular business hours:

  • Willits Center, 11 Marin Street, Willits, 707-459-6224. Open Monday - Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and closed on Friday.

DEGREE VERIFICATION

Mendocino College has entered into a formal agency agreement with National Student Clearinghouse, of Herndon, Virginia, to provide written verifications of degrees and past attendance for inquires at our institution. National Student Clearinghouse shall respond to inquiries for verification of degrees awarded and confirmation of past attendance. National Student Clearinghouse has been granted the authority to respond to all such requests from interested parties on our behalf. Mendocino College warrants that the results of the inquiries delivered by National Student Clearinghouse acting as our agent, are based on our records. National Student Clearinghouse should be considered as a primary source provider for verification of degrees and confirmation of attendance of graduates as well as past or present attendees of Mendocino College, just as if the information had been provided directly by the Office of the Registrar.
