An introduction to scientific research methods in the social sciences. Topics will include research ethics, research and experimental design, searching and synthesizing relevant literature, collecting and analyzing data, interpreting results, becoming familiar with American Psychological Association (APA) writing format, and critical analysis of scientific findings.
