Supervised internship and study in political, governmental, i.e., national, state, local or related organizations. Designed to combine work experience with internships, seminars and faculty-student interactions. This will provide students with learning experiences that cannot be obtained from formal classroom work. A successful interview is required prior to assignment of internship. Also intended to provide students with an opportunity to apply and develop leadership skills with concepts discussed in class work and readings. This course can be repeated with credit.
