This course will explore the nature, functions and importance of electronic commerce. Topics covered will include analysis of the use of the Internet for marketing and distributing goods and services, and analysis of different E-Commerce sites and their effectiveness. Students will learn to recognize the different components of the various types of Internet sites. Course may not meet major requirements at transfer institutions.
