Basic operating principles, diagnosis, and servicing of modern automotive
heating and air conditioning systems, emphasizing the development of
diagnostic and service skills including servicing, evacuating, charging,
flushing, and recycling of materials. Preparation for ASE (National
Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) certification is emphasized.
Course may not meet major requirements at transfer institutions. See
