This class will explore quilting techniques, including construction methods and historical perspectives with emphasis on individual artistic expression through quilting. Students will learn traditional and free form piecing, collage, applique, straight and free motion quilting, finishing and hanging methods. Create original samples and quilts as a textile art form.
