Agricultural production techniques leading to the transition to
sustainable agriculture. Discussion of the future of agriculture in the
U.S. and especially California; pesticide use/misuse; environmental
concerns; public issues in agriculture; and local crop production.
Future pest management, fertilization, alternative crops, and production
methods will be examined.
