The field of criminalistics; the role of the crime laboratory in the
administration of justice system; degrees and limits of scientific
conclusions; introduction to technical equipment used in criminalistics;
examination of characteristics, properties and means of analyzing
various categories of physical evidence; familiarization with and use
of common types of cameras; darkroom techniques, and study of the science
of fingerprints.
