Course Description

This course will provide students with an overview of management of retail businesses including retail promotions, visual merchandising, communications, customer service, inventory control and supervision of personel.

    • Textbook: Retailing,  8th edition – Dunn-Lusch-Carver, ISBN: 978-1-133-95380-7 , Approximate cost new $200.00 – May be rented
  • Estimated Time per Week: Students can expect to spend approximately 3 hours per week, per unit reading, writing, and taking quizzes and participating in online class discussions.

  • Special Requirements: Log into Etudes the first day of class.
  • Assignments & Tests: End of chapter assignments and section tests.
  • Additional Comments: The entire course will be conducted online through the Etudes program. Students are required to have Internet access, an active email account, the ability to use word processing, conduct Internet searches, attach files, send emails, and work independently.

(Type using all lower case letters)
Example:

Default Password: Month Day of birth in school records
 
(Type using all lower case letters)
Example:
Birthday is April 11th, 1982 (04/11/82)
Password = 0411

You will be prompted to create a "strong" password, if you are a returning student use the same password you previously created.
