ENG 200 Reading and Composition (3 units)
Section 0324 Class Begins August 18
Course Description
Critical reading and writing based on the study of selected rhetorical examples. Emphasis is placed on expository and argumentative writing styles. Methods of development for the college level research paper.
Prerequisite: English 80 or qualification for English 200 through the assessment process

- Estimated Time per Week: Students can expect to spend approximately 8 to 12 hours per week reading, writing, and participating in online class discussions.

- Additional Comments: The entire course will be conducted online through the Etudes-NG program. Students are required to have Internet access (high speed), an active email account, the ability to use word processing, conduct Internet searches, attach files, send emails, and work independently.
