Fall 2008 AST 200 Astronomy (3 units)

Sections 0101 & 0102 Classes Begins August 23

Course Description

The universe beginning with the solar system and concluding with stellar objects, galaxies, and the "Big Bang" theory, as well as, special topics which include pulsars, black holes, and life in the universe.

Astronomy 200 is a video course.
Mandatory orientation will be Saturday, 8/23, 9 AM - 12 PM in the Theater, Ukiah campus. Additional class meetings will be Friday nights, 6-9 pm, 9/12, 10/10, 12/12 in Room 3060.
