This semester, I will be producing and directing the college production of Shrewed.
I will also be teaching THE 200: Introduction to Theatre.

Theatre courses offered Fall semester 2013:
Narrative Theatre (THE 105A):
Meets Mondays & Wednesdays from 3:30-5:20 PM. An ensemble course in play development, in which an original performance piece is created by members of the class ensemble. This semester, the class will focus on clowning, and the project will be a clown-based narrative. Taught by Joel Shura.
Costume Construction I, II & III (THE 119
A, B & C):
Meets Tuesdays 5:30-9:20 PM (concurrently with THE 119 D). These courses offer an introduction to the crafts of building and coordinating theatrical costumes. Basic costuming techniques are applied through practical work on the theatre department's current productions. Taught by Kathy Dingman-Katz.
Costume Design (THE 119D):
Meets Tuesdays 5:30-9:20 PM (concurrently with THE 119 A, B & C). This course offers an introduction to fundamental theory and practice of costume design. Topics include: script analysis, period research, conceptualization, rendering and effective collaboration. Taught by Kathy Dingman-Katz.
Introduction to Theatre (THE 200):
Meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 AM-12:20 PM. An introduction to theatre history, literature and practice.
Taught by Reid Edelman.
Beginning Acting (THE 210B):
Meets Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:30 AM-12:20 PM. No previous theatre experience is required;
however, students must be able to read and analyze play texts, memorize lines and
work independently in outside of class rehearsals. Taught by Joel Shura.
Stagecraft (THE 215A):
Meets Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:30-6 PM. An introduction to set construction and backstage operations. Taught by Larry L. Lang
Acting / Production Performance (THE121A, B, C & D & 125A, B, C & D):
