The process for 2007-2008:
Program Review – Part I will be
required of all programs – due March 10, 2008.
Your department’s 4s and 5s budget worksheets will be

For programs not completing Part 2 this year,
your narrative and objectives from last year’s Program
Review Part 2 will be used to support your requests for resources
in 2008.
If your program is not on the mandatory Part
2 list, you may also volunteer to complete Part 2 if any of
the following affects you:
o Your program will experience
major changes because of Measure W Bond Projects –
new bond-related issues that were not addressed in your
last Program Review.
o You believe last year’s
Program Review did not adequately substantiate your requests
and you want to provide a more complete explanation of how
your program objectives support the college strategic goals
and directions.
o Changes in program objectives,
plans or staffing suggest to you that an updated Part 2
would more accurately represent your program.
If you have any questions about the process,
please discuss with your supervisor. Thank you for completing
your Program Review and best wishes for 2008!
