   Curriculum Committee

2007-08 Meeting Dates:

9/12/08 | 9/19/08 | 10/3/08| 10/24/08 | 11/14/08 | 12/5/08 2/6/09 | 2/27/09 | 3/20/09 | 4/10/09 | 5/8/09

DEADLINES

If you have a new course proposal that you wish to be listed in the Spring 2009 printed schedule, it will need TWO readings by the Committee, and you need to schedule yourself for the first meeting of the Fall Semester on 9/12/08.

That means you MUST get your proposal to the Instruction Office by Wednesday, 8/27/08 by NOON to have your proposal placed on the Agenda for the 9/12/08 meeting.

The second meeting of the year is set for Friday, 9/19/08. This is the deadline for second readings of new course proposals, and any course modifications (which only require one reading). To make this deadline, you MUST get your proposal to the Instruction Office by Monday, 9/8/08 by NOON.

So again, deadlines for the printed schedule mean getting your completed curriculum forms to the Instruction Office on these dates:

8/27/08 by NOON - New course proposal first readings
9/8/08 by NOON - New course proposal second readings and course modifications.
